What we do

Camera systems, video doorbells, floodlight cameras, smart sensors, Wi-Fi and mesh support, and monitoring setup, for homes and small businesses across Dover and East Kent. Wireless, solar, wired PoE and 4G, whichever fits the property and the budget rather than whichever is easiest to sell. We do not do full alarm-company monitored response as our own product, we connect you to an accredited monitoring partner when that is what the job needs, see the pricing page for that structure.

Why local matters here

Dover's streets behind the seafront are tight Victorian terraces, slate roofs and bay windows with no easy loft access, cable runs need planning before anyone drills a hole. Out towards St Margaret's Bay and Capel-le-Ferne, clifftop gardens back straight onto the England Coast Path, which changes how a doorbell or a garden camera should be angled, and what the privacy rules actually require once a lens looks past your own fence line. Salt air off the Channel also shortens the life of budget camera housings faster than most installers admit, so hardware choice matters here more than in an inland town.

• Survey first, quote second. A £49 survey (credited against the job if you go ahead) checks camera count, cable routes and the Wi-Fi signal at the actual camera position, not just in the hallway.
• Qualified electrician on every job. If a camera or floodlight needs a new circuit rather than an existing supply, we run it ourselves, no second contractor, no second visit.
• Fixed-price quotes. What we quote is what you pay, agreed before work starts.
• Privacy considered at the survey, not as an afterthought. Camera angle and any doorbell audio settings are talked through against the practical guidance on our legislation and compliance page before anything is fixed to a wall.
• App and family access set up properly. Shared logins done the safe way, not everyone on one account with the master password.
• All packaging and rubbish taken away. Nothing left for you to deal with.
• Bank transfer, card or cash. Invoice or receipt either way.

Where we stop

Firm boundaries, told to you upfront:

• Full monitored intruder alarm systems as the primary security product, that is a specialist alarm company's job. We fit smart sensors and can connect you to an accredited monitoring partner, but we are not that partner ourselves.
• Structural or scaffolded work beyond a standard ladder, we will say so rather than improvise.

… we tell you, we do not charge for the visit, and we point you to who to call.

What you will not get

• A salesman pushing a sixteen-camera package onto a three-bedroom semi.
• A quote that grows on the day.
• Claims to certifications or accreditations we do not hold. If we say a job is supplied through an accredited monitoring partner, that is exactly what it means, nothing more.
