Security survey

£49, credited against the installation if you go ahead. Covers camera count, cable routes, and a proper Wi-Fi signal check at the actual camera position, not just in the hallway. If a job is straightforward and you can send clear photos, we can often skip the survey and quote directly.

Monthly care plans

Ongoing support once a system is in, from simple online checks through to full monitoring. The changing service is billed per camera, on top of whichever plan you choose, for visits where batteries, SD cards or other components need swapping.

Professional monitoring

Professional Monitoring is supplied through an accredited monitoring partner, not run by Dover Security directly. We handle the installation and the connection to the partner's platform; the partner handles the round-the-clock watching and any dispatch.
